Settlement of Hasan Khan, 1910
Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Hasan Khan, the son of Haji Mirza Isma‘il, sells a house and a garden in Char Minar [Chahar Minar], including the limited right to use water from Ab Anbar [cistern], to Aqa Sayyid Ahmad Fakhr al-Hukama’ in exchange for two hundred tumans. Asad Allah denies any claims on the house on behalf of himself and his paternal aunt, Tuba Khanum. Zaynab Khanum, and Fatimah Khanum, the wife and daughter of Hasan Khan, respectively, also have confirmed that the house and the building belong to Mu‘tamad al-Sultan and that they have no claims.

Settlement of Umm Nisa’ Khanum and Karbalayi Sattar, 1878
Karbalayi Sattar, the son of the late Mawlavi Bayg, sells all his shares of inheritance to Umm Nisa’ Khanum, the daughter of the late Haji Muhammad Bayg from Ahar, in exchange for twelve tumans. The settlement includes a revocation clause for six months. The settlement was extended in 1905 or 1906 and 1912 or 1913.

Settlement of Baygum, the daughter of Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Javad, with Aqa Muhammad Ibrahim, the son of Haji Aqa ‘Abd al-Husayn, over some shares of usage of water from a qanat, for two thousand and six hundred tumans. Mashhadi ‘Abbas, acting on his own behalf and as the guardian of the underage children of the late Mashhadi Hanifah, Muhsin and Rahim, and the sons of Khuda Quli Sultan from Zaviyah, Nur Allah and Mahdi, sells some properties in the village of Zaviyah to Haji Iskandar Khan Yavar in exchange for two hundred and fifty tumans.
